Julian Betton's Case Argued in the U.S. Court of Appeals

On September 18, 2019, the Fourth Circuit United States Court of Appeals heard oral arguments in Julian Betton's lawsuit over a police raid of his home in the City of Myrtle Beach in 2015. The trial court ruled in Betton's favor on the question of whether the City's police officer should be immune from suit, and the officer appealed the ruling to the Fourth Circuit. Audio of the oral arguments has been posted on the Fourth Circuit's official website. Narendra Ghosh argued on behalf of the firm and Betton's legal team.
