Mediation is often an effective tool to reduce the costs, risks, and delays involved in litigation. Our mediators can assist in resolving disputes in the initial stages, before a formal complaint is filed. They can also be appointed to mediate pending court disputes to avoid the risks and costs associated with taking a matter to trial.

Jonathan R. Harkavy is a certified mediator whose entire practice is devoted to alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. His national practice includes class actions, complex commercial disputes, and employment disputes of all kinds. Nahomi Harkavy, who is “of counsel” in the firm, also mediates a wide variety of employment disputes.
