The defendant argued that the evidence was protected by the attorney-client privilege and the work-product doctrine. The court rejected each of these arguments, affirming the Superior Court's order granting the plaintiff's motion to compel. Before the Superior Court, the plaintiff was represented by attorney Lakota R. Denton of Lakota R. Denton, P.A. Narendra Ghosh represented the plaintiff on appeal.
