Paul Smith appointed to Safety and Health Review Commission of North Carolina

Gov. Roy Cooper has appointed Patterson Harkavy attorney Paul Smith to a term on the Safety and Health Review Commission of North Carolina.

The three-member Safety and Health Review Commission is an independent administrative adjudicatory body that hears contestments of citations, penalties, and abatement periods issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Division of the North Carolina Department of Labor.
