Attorney Trisha S. Pande has joined Patterson Harkavy. Trisha was previously Assistant General Counsel at the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) in Washington, DC, where she supported the union's national campaign organizing faculty and graduate students at higher education institutions. While at SEIU, Trisha represented workers and local unions before the National Labor Relations Board and state labor relations agencies in Illinois, Minnesota, Florida, Connecticut, Tennessee, and North Carolina. She also represented a local union in a federal voting rights case in Florida and helped write amicus briefs in high-profile cases before the United States Supreme Court, including Trump v. Hawaii, which challenged the constitutionality of President Trump's anti-immigrant proclamation restricting travel to the United States. Trisha regularly speaks on topics regarding labor unions, employment rights, and alternative strategies to advancing workers' rights in the modern economy.
Trisha received her B.A. from Brown University and her J.D. from George Washington University Law School, where she received the National Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Law Graduate Award. Welcome!
